How to fill out Ump report Card and what does it Means

This year we are asking for the managers input as to how well or not so well our umpire are doing. These evaluations will help us better evaluate and train our new and experienced umpires. For Managers in Maverick, Stallion and Pinto we ask that you do this for EVERY GAME. For Manager in Mustang and above we ask that you do this as well but is not mandatory. However the only way we will know if how they are doing is by your input.

• The Managers will need to input the Umpires Names. We suggest that your write their names down in your score book
• The Field, Rating, League, Team name and type of Game are all drop down boxes that will auto populate.
• The rating drop down has Excellent, Good, Average, and Needs Training. If you rate an Umpire average or needs training we will expect you explain your reasons why you feel that way.
• These evaluations will be used as a guide for us to see which of our umpires needs additional training and which umpire are good enough to umpire in upper leagues.
